“TSS Academy - Live Tutoring”  support: to help you pass the TSS Sales Mastery test (in English, auf deutsch, en español et en français)

Objective: To give you the confidence to take the TSS Sales Mastery (Test)

Who should attend: TSS Academy participants, who would like to benefit from some 'live tutoring' regarding the content or needs help to pass the associated tests.

Languages: 

• Live Tutoring sessions are held predominantly in English with the option also to have clarification in German, Spanish and French.

The first of five 2.5 hour, interactive, Champion Training 'virtual' sessions:

Content: Review of TSS Academy learning & Introduction to the Champion Training Case Study

Skill Focus: Asking great Discovery questions 

Learn: The concept of Outcome Based Selling

Practice: 'Discovery' Questioning Techniques

Learn: How to turn a new skill into a sustainable habit

Practice: Calculating Client Value  

Learn: Details of the 'L-ion Ltd' Case Study, which is the common thread leading towards graduation and TSS certification.

Objective: To prepare yourself for CT2 in which you will visit the Case Study client for the first time.

Languages: English, deutsch, español, français, italiano, русский (as per stated dates). Clarification in German, Spanish and French can also be provided during the 'English' sessions.

The second of five 2.5 hour, interactive, 'Champion Training' sessions:

Content: Renewal management needs

Skill Focus: Asking & Listening

Learn: The FWIN 'BRAKE' listening technique

Practice: Using the TSS whiteboard to discover needs

Learn: The FWIN 'Relationship Chassis' 

Case study role: Make an evaluated discovery call with the case study customer.

Objective: To discover sales opportunities in the case study.

Languages: English, deutsch, español, français, italiano, русский (as per stated dates). Clarification in German, Spanish and French can also be provided during the 'English' sessions.

The third of five 2.5 hour, interactive, 'Champion Training' sessions:

Content: Knowing TSS services Value

Skill Focus: Aligning services & value

Learn: The TSS services portfolio

Practice: Using the TSS whiteboard to align TSS offering with drivers and Customer Unique Outcome

Learn: To effectively present a value proposition

Objective: To be confident in Selling TSS Value

Languages: English, deutsch, español, français, italiano, русский (as per stated dates). Clarification in German, Spanish and French can also be provided during the 'English' sessions.

The fourth of five 2.5 hour, interactive, 'Champion Training' sessions:

Content: Convincing TSS value

Skill Focus: Resolving Client Concerns

Learn: The FWIN RACE & STEER objection handling techniques

Practice: Presenting the TSS Value proposition

Case study role: Presenting Value to the procurement manager

Objective: Handle client concerns during a value proposition presentation

Languages: English, deutsch, español, français, italiano, русский (as per stated dates). Clarification in German, Spanish and French can also be provided during the 'English' sessions.

The final 2.5 hour, interactive, 'Champion Training' session:

Content: A final chance to run through the close

Skill Focus: Presenting to Executives

Learn: To focus on the executive's 'Ultimate Success Outcome'

Practice: Presenting the TSS Value proposition related to the Business Goals (& Service Level Definitions)

Case study role: Presenting Value to the CIO.

Objective: To prepare a memorable and valuable proposition to which the CIO can relate.

Languages: English, deutsch, español, français, italiano, русский (as per stated dates). Clarification in German, Spanish and French can also be provided during the 'English' sessions.

Congratulations! Now that you have completed the TSS Academy and the five Champion Training modules, there is only one final step to take on your road to certification. 

It is time to put your new TSS knowledge and skills to use in a final 'graduation' sales visit to the CIO of L-ion Ltd (or a dialogue with your client executive who will be meeting him).
